Commercial · New Orleans, LA
When your building needs commercial window screens that fit right and hold up to daily use, Elite Screens New Orleans delivers clean installs and fast, durable repairs. We size, build, and service screen systems for storefronts, offices, multifamily properties, and light industrial spaces across New Orleans.
Every job starts with measuring each opening, checking sash operation, and identifying the existing system type (fixed, slide-in, spring-pin, or clip-mounted). We square up frame channels, confirm clearance, and note obstructions like security bars, tint film edges, or storm window tracks. For repairs, we inspect spline condition, frame corners, pull tabs, and lift handles, then decide whether the right fix is a rescreen, corner rebuild, or full frame replacement. Our builds typically use corrosion-resistant aluminum screen frames with mitered corners, stainless fasteners where required, and properly sized spline so the mesh tension stays even.
New Orleans humidity, salt air, and wind-driven rain punish low-grade materials, so we match mesh and hardware to the exposure and use-case. Options include fiberglass mesh for cost-effective coverage, aluminum mesh for stiffness, and pet-resistant mesh where screens take impacts from carts, tenants, or maintenance traffic. For ventilation without inviting small insects, we can install no-see-um mesh (tighter weave) and verify airflow expectations for break rooms, stairwells, and common areas. We finish for longevity with tight spline seats, smooth edges, and clean fit against the frame channel, then verify there are no gaps at corners, meeting rails, or weep areas that can pull moisture inside.
Property managers and business owners choose us because we treat commercial window screens like a system, not a quick patch. We show up with the right equipment, including screen roller tools, calipers, miter saws for frame stock, and hardware assortments for multiple mounting styles. Licensed and insured, we provide a clear written estimate and communicate around access, tenant coordination, and after-hours needs. You get practical recommendations, whether that means upgrading to heavier mesh in high-traffic areas, standardizing frame profiles across units, or rebuilding a run of damaged frames instead of repeatedly rescreening.
At closeout we walk the site with you and test-fit each screen for secure retention and easy removal for cleaning. We confirm windows open, tilt, and lock as designed, and we check for rattles, loose clips, and snag points that tear mesh. You receive a scope recap, material selections, and care guidance (how to wash mesh, when to replace spline, and what to watch for after storms). If we handled multiple units, we can label screens by opening to speed future maintenance and reduce mix-ups during turnarounds.
Yes. We provide a free written estimate after measuring and confirming mesh type, frame condition, and attachment method.
In most cases, yes. We’ll identify the closest mesh type (fiberglass, aluminum, solar, pet-resistant) and match common colors like charcoal or black for consistent visibility.
We do both. If the frame is bent, corners are loose, or tracks and rollers are worn, we can repair or replace components so the new screen performs correctly.
Timing depends on enclosure size, number of panels, and whether framing repairs are needed. After an on-site measure, we’ll give a clear schedule with expected start and completion dates.
Yes. We work with property managers and businesses on patio enclosures, entry screening, repairs, and repeatable maintenance plans with consistent specs.
Commercial window screens do more than block bugs. In offices, retail spaces, multifamily buildings, and service facilities, they protect indoor air flow, help reduce pest entry, and keep windows usable without sacrificing appearance. Elite Screens New Orleans provides on-site measuring, fabrication, and repair so your screens fit correctly, stay seated in the channel, and stand up to daily handling by staff and tenants.
We work with common commercial screen styles, including fixed frames, slide-in units, spring-pin mounts, and clip systems. If your current screens are popping out, rattling, or bowing, the issue is often incorrect frame sizing, worn corners, or spline that has hardened and lost grip. Our process focuses on restoring proper geometry and retention, then selecting mesh that matches your needs for airflow, visibility, and durability.
For new installs, we build screens to the opening and hardware, not a guess. That includes confirming frame depth and channel width, choosing the correct spline diameter, and using corrosion-resistant materials suited to humid conditions. For repairs, we can often rescreen and replace corners or hardware to extend service life, and we will tell you when a full replacement is the better value.
If you manage multiple units or locations, we can help standardize materials and profiles to simplify future maintenance. Request a free written estimate for commercial window screens and get a plan that fits your building, your schedule, and your budget.
