Learn MoreIn Metairie, UV exposure, wind-driven rain, and high moisture can warp wood, corrode fasteners, and loosen screening over time. We build and repair screen systems that hold up, using powder-coated aluminum framing, stainless steel screws, spline that matches the frame channel, and clean corner joints so panels stay square and tight. If you are dealing with mosquitoes and no-see-ums, we can recommend tighter mesh options and proper door sweeps to reduce gaps that let pests through.
We handle screening work for homes, restaurants, offices, and multi-family properties, including pool enclosures, lanai and patio screening, screened-in porches, and entry systems. Common repairs in Metairie include torn mesh, sun-brittle spline, bent rails, sagging panels, rollers that jump the track, and doors that rack out of alignment. For durability near salt and moisture, we prioritize corrosion-resistant hardware, heavy-duty hinges, and quality latches, and we can upgrade framing where needed instead of patching weak sections.
Every job starts with an on-site measure and a written estimate, plus photos of problem areas like rotted sill plates, loose kick plates, or failing fasteners. We verify opening sizes, plumb and square conditions, and how water moves across the slab so we can set the frame correctly and avoid premature failures. If permitting is required for structural changes, we explain what is typically needed and coordinate the scope so inspections and approvals do not stall the schedule.
You get clean workmanship, tight screen tension, straight sightlines, and doors that close smoothly without dragging. We protect landscaping and finishes, haul away old mesh and damaged components, and keep fastener patterns neat for a finished look. When we are done, we walk the enclosure with you, confirm latch and closer operation, and point out simple maintenance steps like rinsing tracks and checking spline seating after major storms.
