Commercial · New Orleans, LA
Keep your pool deck guest-ready with a durable hotel pool enclosure built for daily traffic and fast turnarounds. Elite Screens New Orleans (serving since 2017) installs and repairs large-span screen enclosures with commercial-grade materials and clear, documented scope, in New Orleans.
Prep starts with a site walk and measurements for span, roof pitch, door swing, deck clearances, and equipment access. We verify the slab or footer condition, anchoring points, and drainage, then lay out post locations and panel breaks to reduce racking and oil-canning. Where needed, we coordinate core drilling, base plates, and stainless or hot-dipped galvanized concrete anchors sized for the structure. Before any screening begins, we protect tile and coping, stage lifts safely, and set a clean work zone that keeps guests and staff out of the line of work.
Local conditions drive the build details, from salt air and humidity to hard wind loads and constant UV. We use extruded aluminum framing and hardware chosen for corrosion resistance, clean sightlines, and serviceability, then apply powder-coated finishes for consistent color and easier cleaning. Screen options include fiberglass insect screen, no-see-um mesh for smaller insects, and heavy-duty polyester screen where durability matters most around lounge furniture and carts. Seams are tensioned with spline for a drum-tight fit, door closers and latches are set for reliable operation, and we verify water-shedding transitions so the enclosure stays neat after storms.
New Orleans properties choose us because we understand hotel schedules, safety expectations, and the need for predictable results. Elite Screens New Orleans is licensed and insured, and we provide free written estimates with line-item scope so maintenance teams can approve work quickly. Crews show up with the right equipment, including extension ladders, scaffolding, and lifts when needed, and we keep fasteners, screen, spline, and door hardware on hand to avoid delays. You get direct communication, clean job sites, and repairs that match existing framing and finish whenever possible.
At closeout we do a full walkthrough with your GM, engineering, or maintenance lead, checking doors, hinges, self-closing hardware, and any pet doors or service gates. We inspect screen tension, spline seating, corners, and panel alignment, then confirm there are no sharp edges, loose fasteners, or gaps that invite insects. You receive a clear summary of what was installed or repaired, care notes for cleaning and chemical overspray control, and recommendations for future service items like re-screening high-wear panels. If you need ongoing upkeep, we can set up periodic inspections to catch small tears and loose hardware before they become guest complaints.
Yes. We provide a free written estimate after measuring and confirming mesh type, frame condition, and attachment method.
In most cases, yes. We’ll identify the closest mesh type (fiberglass, aluminum, solar, pet-resistant) and match common colors like charcoal or black for consistent visibility.
We do both. If the frame is bent, corners are loose, or tracks and rollers are worn, we can repair or replace components so the new screen performs correctly.
Timing depends on enclosure size, number of panels, and whether framing repairs are needed. After an on-site measure, we’ll give a clear schedule with expected start and completion dates.
Yes. We work with property managers and businesses on patio enclosures, entry screening, repairs, and repeatable maintenance plans with consistent specs.
A well-built hotel pool enclosure keeps bugs out, improves guest comfort, and protects furniture and finishes while still allowing airflow and visibility. Elite Screens New Orleans installs and repairs hotel pool enclosure systems for properties that need durable materials, consistent appearance, and minimal disruption to operations. From new builds to re-screens after storm damage, we focus on structural layout, corrosion-resistant hardware, and tight screen tension that holds up to heavy daily use.
Installation begins with a measurement-driven layout: spans, post spacing, roof lines, and door locations are planned to reduce flex and keep the enclosure square. We evaluate concrete conditions and anchoring, then build with extruded aluminum members, base plates, and hardware selected for long service life. For screening, we install fiberglass insect mesh, no-see-um mesh, or heavy-duty polyester where impact resistance matters most. Each panel is spline-set and tensioned to limit sagging, with doors adjusted for smooth swing and reliable latching.
Repair work can be as small as a single torn panel or as involved as replacing bent framing, failed hardware, or multiple roof and wall sections after high winds. We re-screen sections with matching mesh and spline, replace corroded fasteners, service hinges and closers, and address problem areas like door gaps and loose kick plates. If the enclosure is showing widespread wear, we can recommend phased re-screening so you can budget repairs without taking the pool area out of service.
To get started, share a few photos and the approximate enclosure size, and we will schedule an on-site evaluation.
